Surprisingly, on Friday at 5pm, I received a call from my agent, Kevin, told me that NTU will be offering the job to me. I panicked because I don't know whether I should accept this job offer. I told him I need to consider.
I called SiWei and asked her for her opinion, and decided to call MFA to check whether they will offer me the job. MFA's staff, was kind enough to help me check and get back to me.
Meanwhile, I received a call from another agent, George, told me that NUS has shortlisted me for an interview on Mon. Now, I'm being trapped among these 3 company. Told Kevin that I can only give him an answer after my NUS' interview.
At 7pm, I received email from MFA. I was not shortlisted, but I really wanna thank MFA for giving me the chance. Thanks.
These few days have been thinking alot. Decided to give up NTU's offer. If you want me to work with that kinda supervisor, I guessed I will not have an easy life. When trust is not there, nothing can be done. Don't you think so?
Let's hope I will have better job's offers.

NTU - Interview
I was scheduled to go for an interview at NTU. Fang was in NTU, so she agreed to bring me to the interview place. That's so nice of her. Thanks, Fang, without you I will get lost in NTU! Hahas.
We reached at 2.45pm. Fang waited outside. The interviewer is also call Fiona. Fiona meeting Fiona. Yupps, that's what she said. Lols. She said since my interview time is 3pm, she will start at 3pm. I don't understand why, do you? She seems nice during the interview. After she interview me, she brought me over to her senior to interview me. They asked almost the same questions. But her senior looks strict. She kept asking me what's the factors that triggered me to quit my previous job. Looks like she wasn't very satisfied with my answer. She also asked "How do we know that you were not asked to leave by your previous boss?" What do you think of this question? How will you feel when this kinda question is being asked?
In an interview, not only the interviewer will be considering the interviewee, but the interviewee has the rights to consider the interviewer as well. It's our choice to decide whether we want to join their organisation.

MFA - 2nd Interview Done
I was rather early for my interview. Interview time is 9.20am, but I reached at 8.30am. Saw the guy that took the test together with me the previous time. I knew he will be selected because he is very outspoken. If only I have his courage, I can do very well in interviews too. Hahas. While waiting, he spoke to me. We were given a copy of the job scopes. There are 3 appointments available: Assistant Travel Planner, Assistant Protocol Offier and Assistant Human Resource Offier. I chose Assistant Human Resource Officer.
The guy went in for the interview first, then followed by me. I didn't know there will be 3 interviewers! My heart skipped a beat, but I didn't panicked, I just flashed them my most sweet smile. Hahas. They asked me a lot of questions, I just answered them honestly. I like the questions they asked, very relevant.
Doubt I will get this job, because the guy went in for more than 30 mins and I only went in for 10 mins. Gone case. Hahas.

赤崎先生- いるいるありがとうございます
Yesterday, I went to Jap Lesson with a smile, ended with tears. At the end of the lesson, 赤崎先生 said "I'm sorry to inform you, today is my last lesson with you." Tell me, how am I going to accept this fact? First, is 服部先生, now is 赤崎先生. I really like 服部先生 a lot, a lot. So when 赤崎先生 took over the class, I don't like her. Even HuiPing and Sharon noticed that. I'm someone that cannot hide my feelings. If I like you, I will show you. If I don't like you. I will show you too. But as time goes by, I have accepted 赤崎先生.
She is the first teacher who knows about KAT-TUN. She is the first teacher who understands how much I love Jin. Whenever she needs us to form a sentence that can be relate to KAT-TUN or Jin, she will definitely ask me. She even introduce KAT-TUN to the whole class. It's really nice to have a teacher who knows what is your interest. Now, she is gone. She has to go back to Japan for an operation. I hope everything will go well for her. I hope she will recover soon. I hope I will still have the chance to be taught by her.

Compliments
Today went to PowerNet Agency for interview. She asked me if I want to look for Customer Service Job because she said I have a sweet smile. Hees. She also commented that I look a bit like Japanese! Super happy to hear that. Hahas.
After that headed for my Jap Lesson, 赤崎先生 said that I looked nice with permed hair. Hees. One of my classmate said that I have a nice perm hair. Oh yeah, took my 2nd Kanji Test today. I hope I can do well.

Addicted to Mahjong
Last Friday, met up with Rachel, Shirley and SingYong to play Mahjong at 10.30pm. Played until 5.30am, lost 40cents. Lols. Shirley is the only winner. Congrats. Tired, but wait till 6am then took a cab home. While waiting, Shirley and SingYong fell asleep, then Rachel and I talked about a lot of things. I'm glad, she still open up to me, as in we still have things to talk about.
Slept until 10.30am and went to Far East Plaza to meet my hair stylist, Peter. My hair has been handed to him since I was in Polytechnic, so got a few years le bahs. Very satisfied with his skill. When I said I want to trim my hair only, he really trim only. He won't go and cut a few iches like other hair stylists did.
I started doing my hair from 1pm.
Trim.
Perm.
Color.
Treatment.
Left the salon at 8.45pm. The whole process took me almost 8hours! My butt and my back is super pain. Dead tired too because I only have 4hours of sleep!
Rachel and Shirley met up for dinner and invited me to join them, so I did. Went to Coronation Plaza's New York New York to meet them. They have already finished eating, so they drink coffee while I eat. I ordered "Seafood Platter for 2", ate half and takeaway half.
Both of them still feel like playing Mahjong, so we went to Shirley's house and waited for SingYong. We started playing at around 11pm, ended at 4.30am. I won 1 dollar. Lols. So many hours of playing only win 1 dollar. But poor Rachel lost to the 3 of us. We don't want to pay mid-night cab fee so we slept at Shirley's house. Left at 12pm. Thanks Shirley!
We are all addicted to Mahjong. =D

My 21st Birthday Celebration in KIB
I am so glad that I can get to celebrate my 21st birthday in the office. I really love the birthday card. It's simply so beautiful. But of course, without all those wishing from my ex-colleagues, the card can never be so beautiful. Really appreciate that they took their precious time to write down their wishing for me. I will never forget them!

First JWSS Pubbing Night
On 08.09.2009, I received a call from Jon, asking me out. It stunned me. Hahas. But of course I agreed immediately. Hahas. Met up with Jon, Alif, TzeLoong, Roger and NurulDin. Took Roger's car to Orchard to meet Wen and Cyn. Jon was riding his bike. His bike has a small problem, so not convenient to give someone a ride. Met up with Wen and Cyn outside IndoChine at Wisma, but no live band, so decided to head off to Clark Quay. Our first JWSS Pubbing Night. Hahas.
That was the first night I dance with my secondary school guys. I really enjoyed myself that night.

Dinner with ex-boss
Yesterday went dinner with my ex-boss, Chris, at Coca in Takashimaya. Supposed to meet at 7.30pm, but she reached at 8pm. It's ok, I enjoyed reading my twilight while waiting. We talked about several things, an open topic talk actually. Silence every now and then. But I enjoyed my dinner with her. Left at 9pm, she wished me all the best and told me to keep in contact. Tears almost dropped when I turned my back to her. I gonna miss her.

MFA's interview
Yesterday went to MFA for interview. Consists of: Roundtable discussion, Written Skill Test, Logical Test, Situational Judgment Test and Personality Test. 10 people are shortlisted, but 2 didn't turn up, so there were 8 of us. 1 of them was my poly coursemate, Michelle. I think all of them looked more confident than me, I felt very inferior. It gave me the feeling of running away but of course I stayed.
For the Roundtable discussion, we were given a piece of article regarding micromanaging. We were requested to read it and discuss. The tester asked our opinions, everyone take turns to answer, but nothing come out from me. I really don't dare to answer. Then he keep saying anyone else? Finally, I spoke. To my surprise, I sounded quite confident. Looking into their eyes as I spoke.
After that, the tester asked us what's our reasons of choosing MFA. Most of them said it's because of the job rotation. He was curious that none of us mention about oversea posting so he asked who joins because of oversea posting. Initially, i'm the only one who raised my hand, then another girl joined me. The tester seems happy and surprised that I wanted to join MFA because of oversea posting. Then he briefly tells us the different kind of job scopes available. Now that I know abit more about the job scope, it seems kinda interesting to me.
Next is the test that i'm most afraid of - Written Skill Test. Come on, i'm out of the school, stop giving me English test! It killed a lot of my brain cells! We were given 15 paragraphs about ASEAN, and we have to choose 5 best paragraphs which assumed to be published in a brochure. After choosing the paragraphs, we still have to find 40 errors, including spelling, grammar, punctuation and word choice. Great, I only managed to find 13 errors, which i'm not that confident too. This test totally gone case la.
Logical test did frighten me as well. Assuming that we're already working in MFA, and we were given 10 tasks to do within a day. By looking at all the tasks, if I really can finish within a day, I will be very satisfied. There were too many things to be finished with only 8 hours of working time! One of the case that really stunned me was - to attend a meeting on behalf of my director and have to make presentation as well. Gosh, if it's given to me, I will panick!
Situational Judgment Test was so much easier. We were given 18 different scenarios with 5 possible ways of handling the each scenarios. We have to rank the ways from 1 to 6, from very ineffective to very effective. Though I don't know how well my answers are, i'm honest with my answers.
Personality Test has 60 statements, we have to rank them between strongly disagree to strongly agree. Initially, I was very honest with my answers but not so truthful when half way through. Why? Because they keep stating "I am very easily upset. I am easily worried." Oh come on, I'm so emotional, of course the truth would be strongly agree but which boss will employ people that are so pessimistic? So I lied.
I reached MFA at 8.15am and only manage to leave at 2pm! Gosh, half of my day gone. I will take this interview as an experience bahs. Definitely can't get in, but I did try my best and that's enough. =)

Should I help my friend?
Today my JCS fren, Sharon, sms me. She is kinda in trouble wifth her school, because she was absent from school for too many days. So her teacher want to see her parents, but she don't dare to tell her parents, so she wanted me to act as her sister and meet her teacher tomorrow. I agreed but I wasn't very willing to do so because I don't think it's a right way but I wanted to help her.
We met for dinner before lesson and she told me her story, then I realised the problem has became quite serious. 2 of her teachers went to her house today and she asked her cousin, HuiPing, to come to her house and lied to the teachers that that is not Sharon's house. The teachers dropped a letter to Sharon's letter box and her dad read it. So her dad decided to go to her school tomorrow and see her teachers.
Sharon don't want her dad to go to her school, so she asked me to act as her teacher and call her dad. We called during breaktime. Her dad was very persistant in going to her school tomorrow. I really don't know how to help her le.
I told her to sit down and think carefully of all the consequences of every method available. Hopefully she will really think it through. I don't wish to take part in the lie but I really wish I can help. Hais.

First day of "Holiday"
Today after lunch, went to High Commission of Malaysia. Reached there around 3pm. Found out that I can only go there between 8.15am to 11.30am. I'm so angry, they didnt state it in the website or something. Tomorrow have to go again.
Went to HMV to buy Twilight, wanted it for a long time le, but didnt have the chance to buy it. Finally bought it, hees. =D
Headed to Paragon to terminate my Fitness First Membership. After dragging for a few months, finally settled. Due to some miscommunication, they have to credit 200+ bucks back to my account. My membership will be terminated at the end of Aug, so I'll continue to go until end of Aug. Don't want to waste my membership fee.
After that went to meet Linda at Far East Plaza. Nothing much, just shop around. Bought 2 slim waist de "equipment".
